Hi, I’m Darcie Hite. I am a professional organizer and entrepreneur based in Reading, Pennsylvania. I attended Penn State University on a soccer scholarship, where I earned a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in Kinesiology. As a lifelong teacher and coach, and a proud mom of two boys, I am passionate about helping others grow, learn, and reach their full potential.
After college, I taught 6th Grade in the Wilson School District, and I also served as an Assistant High School Soccer Coach and Head High School Tennis Coach. I have a master’s degree in Educational Development and Strategies with a focus on Technology from Wilkes University.
My career took me to Washington, DC, where I taught 3rd Grade and Adaptive Physical Education in Fairfax County, Virginia. When I returned to Berks County to raise my boys. I supported them in their sports and passions, including music. I resumed teaching in the Wilson School District, earning a Gifted Support Certification with a focus on Executive Function Skills, and also worked as an Executive Function Coach for Beyond Book Smart.
Now, I co-own Let’s Organize This, a business dedicated to helping you declutter, organize, and optimize your home and work spaces. We also offer moving support and professional painting services. Our goal is to blend efficiency with a personal touch, transforming your spaces into a functional and inviting environment. We tailor every service to remove the stress from moving and organizing, supporting both your needs and the needs of our community.
My name is Heather Dallas, and I bring a strong background in communications, business ownership, and client support to everything I do. I earned my BA in Communication/Journalism from Shippensburg University, where I also completed a minor in Speech Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. My studies gave me a strong foundation in writing, public speaking, and strategic communication—skills that have proven valuable across every stage of my career. While at Shippensburg, I especially enjoyed the opportunity to connect with others through storytelling, presentations, and collaborative projects, all of which helped me develop both confidence and adaptability.
My career began in Office Product Sales before I chose to take time away from the corporate environment to focus on raising my family. Those years at home with our four children were some of the most meaningful of my life, shaping not only who I am as a mom, but also strengthening the patience, creativity, and organizational skills I carry into my professional work today.
During that time, I also co-owned and operated a successful catering business, where I enjoyed creating food dishes that brought people together while gaining hands-on experience in business management, customer service, and event coordination.
Today, I am proud to be co-owner of Let’s Organize This, a company dedicated to helping families through the process of downsizing, moving, and creating organized, functional homes. I find it deeply rewarding to walk alongside clients during times of transition, helping them simplify their lives while creating spaces that feel welcoming and peaceful.
When I am not working, you can usually find me enjoying time with my family, planning our next adventure, or just soaking up the little everyday moments.
